Two metres of Anderson-to-Anderson cable for the longer runs — battery bay through to the rear of the van, the front to the back of a 4WD, or any time the 1m falls short. Same 6 AWG wire, same Anderson plugs, just twice the length.

  • For longer 12V runs: 2m covers the distance from the engine bay or starter battery through to the rear of most vans, or from one end of a 4WD tray to the other.
  • Doubles as a general 12V extension: Same as the 1m — extend a solar panel run, a fridge lead, or an alternator connection. Anything fitted with (or that can be fitted with) an Anderson plug.
  • Rated 50A, 6AWG wire: Handles serious loads — fridges, solar runs and alternator charge lines, not just light-duty 12V.
  • Anderson plugs both ends: No adapters, no wiring. Click them together — same plug your jump starter and 4WD gear use.

It's a cable — nothing to set up, nothing to learn. If your accessory has an Anderson plug on it, this works. If it doesn't, you can fit one in a few minutes with a crimp tool, or we can supply your accessory pre-fitted.

Common questions

Is 2m long enough — and how do I know if I need 2m instead of 1m?

Two metres covers the run from the engine bay or starter battery to the rear of a typical van, or front-to-back across a 4WD tray, without daisy-chaining. Pick 2m if you've already worked out you need the reach, or if you want some slack to route the cable along trim lines instead of going straight. The 1m is for shorter runs — battery to a nearby accessory like the 12V Accessory Box.

Can I daisy-chain two cables together?

Yes. Anderson plugs click into each other directly, so two cables give you double the reach. No adapter needed.

Will it handle my fridge, solar or alternator?

Yes. The 50A rating and 6AWG wire cover every standard 12V camp load — fridges, solar runs and alternator charge lines.

What if my accessory doesn't have an Anderson plug?

Fit one in a few minutes with a crimp tool, or we can supply your accessory pre-fitted — just ask.

Can I plug it in the wrong way round?

No. Anderson plugs are physically keyed so polarity can't be reversed. Red goes to red — you can't connect it backwards even if you tried.
